Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Quality
100% trustable EMS Int' Air Mail Via Thailand Post. 7 to 15 working days is the delivery time following by tracking number and $10 insurance ceiling. We have been shipping with this method since the beginning and we achieved highest customer satisfaction so far. If costumers have been charted more than the actual shipping fee(s) paid to the shipping carrier (Thailand Post) by the Crafted coco's online platform, They will be refunded exceeds shipping fee(s) right after shipping the purchase out. Return & Refund Policy
We offer 15 days return policy after receiving your postage by our costumers and if you are not happy with your purchase you will get full-refund except "Special Projects" that refunding won't be eligible. Our 100% quality control over our design process assured you to buy and returning/exchanging will be allegeable for reasonable argument. Choosing Shipping Company
Customers must ship back the item(s) that they purchased by authorised carrier or post or shipping company with genuine tracking number in order to provide a possibility of tracking and tracing the postage. If an item(s) will be shipped without any of the terms specified above, "Customer (buyer) is fully responsible for lost item(s) and the refund won't be issued. *Customers are reminded that the postage must be shipped back in a supportive and proper packaging to avoid any damage or deforming during the shipping to Crafted coco otherwise the refund won't be issued. *Customer should ask the shipping address in order to ship back the item(s) due to any change in our current address. If the postage has been sent without any prior asking the refund won't be issued because the item(s) has been sent to the wrong address.
Return Fee and Condition
Customers are fully responsible for shipping fees both original and returning fee. If the product remain in the same condition as we sent to our costumer, without any flaw, mark, change and any sign of wearing and using. Afterward full refund would be issued after 48 hrs receiving the parcel by us.

Customizing/altering/tweaking an item
We don't accept any customizing such as removing/adding or changing any parts of our leather goods and their original designs. Also no change in color, leather type, stitching method, stamp, engraving or any other changes that manipulate our designs. Except the items that we have stamping/engraving service for free. Any request before or after your purchase will be declined.
We provide you a trustable "Tracking Number" for all kinds of shipping. But keep it in mind that you are responsible for your correct and current postal address.
Unclaimed packages or invalid addresses that finally returned to us will required reshipping by your costs to have us resend the order back to your correct address.
Delivery time is slightly varied according to customers' location and all services provided by shipping companies.

"Special Projects" or made-to-order items by request will not be subjected to refund and return since we made, craft and personalised it as final sell. What we offer is notify you from time to time while the project(s) is in progress and after that receiving your confirmation right after finishing the project by sets of photos and ship it out to destination.
